Full payment will be sent beforehand. Via Paypal invoice or VGEN.

Payment plans can be discussed only if regarding large orders.

I do not allow chargebacks or cancellations.

Once I finish the first sketch, I'll send it over for the client to check - for edits or a full startover. The client/commissioner can ask for WIPs anytime.

Once the first sketch is approved, I'll go ahead in finishing the product. [ Edits can be asked once the artwork is finished]

Any edits can be made during the sketching phase; if you ask for a major edit during the final phase you will be subject to additional fees.

All progress on my commissions, and owed artwork [art trades, etc] can be found on my Trello

You cannot mint/sell your commissions, for any NFT and cryptocurrency.

You cannot upload my works to AI generators

If you'd like the commission to be kept private, please let me know so we can discuss it forward.

Blacklisted/Blocked users are not allowed to commission services.

By purchasing an adopt or design you are automatically agreeing to my TOS

Do not delete my designs off of toyhouse.

Do not upsell my designs for more than they are worth. Sell for what you paid for (commissions and personal art OK! ; gift/trade art, traded character value does not count)

You are allowed to sell traded characters that you've bought commissions/additional art for.

Can edit/draw on my art, as long as credit is given.

Can redesign them as long as it's still recognizable and still credited.

Do not - Trade/sell/gift the designs to blacklisted users.

When buying adopts from me [ USD Payments ].

Upfront payments are highly preferred.

I do not allow refunds/chargebacks.

3 weeks hold maximum.

Commercial use is 2x the original price of the commission
